Yoga is an individual practice and comes in so many different styles. It is all about finding what suits you best.

 
 

At Yoga Luna, our classes include:

 
 

Hatha Yoga

Alignment based and coordinated with the breath. Students are guided through a series of positions. Great for all levels.
 

Vinyasa Yoga

Often faster paced than Hatha with postures linked together in a series of flowing movements that are synchronized with the breath.
 

Yin Yoga

A slow paced style of yoga in which students are guided through mostly on-the-floor postures. These postures are held a little longer than in Hatha yoga, often with a focus on the deeper connective tissues within the body.

Anusara Yoga

A focus on spiritual balance and intrinsic goodness. Anusara highlights alignment through its postures and provides an uplifting and inspirational practice.
 

Meditation/Mantra

is the practice of bringing your attention to a single point of reference. It can involve focusing on the breath, on the body, or on a word or phrase. A practice for everyone.

Sunrise Yoga

Wake up with the sun and start your day in the best way possible with an hour on the mat.
 

Morning Yoga

A peaceful 75 minutes on the mat in the morning will set you up for the rest of the day. 

Lunchbreak Yoga

Take a time-out from your busy day and join us at midday for an hour to recharge and refresh.
 

Evening Yoga

We have a selection of classes to help you unwind and re-centre as the sun goes down and the moon comes out to play.
