Alignment based and coordinated with the breath. Students are guided through a series of positions. Great for all levels.
Often faster paced than Hatha with postures linked together in a series of flowing movements that are synchronized with the breath.
A slow paced style of yoga in which students are guided through mostly on-the-floor postures. These postures are held a little longer than in Hatha yoga, often with a focus on the deeper connective tissues within the body.
A focus on spiritual balance and intrinsic goodness. Anusara highlights alignment through its postures and provides an uplifting and inspirational practice.
is the practice of bringing your attention to a single point of reference. It can involve focusing on the breath, on the body, or on a word or phrase. A practice for everyone.
Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior
The spiritual warrior is a guided vinyasa class following a fixed sequence. The class includes a full set of asanas to clean the body and yet calm and focus the mind. It contains chanting, dynamic asana practice, meditation and relaxation. You don’t need to have experience with Jivamukti Yoga to join this class.
