COME AS YOU ARE — Movement Workshop (donation based)

Come As You Are is a contemporary movement workshop that invites participants to arrive exactly as they are — without expectations or performance pressure.

The practice draws from yoga, locomotion, calisthenics, flow, and exploratory movement, while intentionally stepping away from training principles, rehabilitation frameworks, and athletic conditioning. The focus is on guided flow, transitions, coordination, rhythm, and embodied presence.

THIS WORKSHOP IS BEING RUN ON A DONATION BASED SETTING -

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Katerina Pensou is a movement professional with a background rooted in sports and dance. She began her professional journey through yoga over a decade ago, which became the foundation of her teaching. Her work later expanded through performance, corrective exercise specialization, extensive continuing education, and experience as a rehabilitation trainer within a physiotherapy setting. Her teaching style is a blend of all these influences, held together by a wide movement spectrum that allows structure and creativity to coexist, while leaving space for each element to stand on its own.

Originally from Greece and currently living as a foreigner in Switzerland, Katerina is deeply inspired by nature, movement, and music. She shares her life with two dogs and Alex - her partner, who may be seen at the workshop trying his very best to keep up -believes in movement as a tool for connection beyond performance, and brings her own unique sense of humor into her teaching. She is also the creator of Beyond Hugs, a charitable initiative that uses sports and movement as a medium for giving back and supporting others.
